The successful candidate must have an active BCBA certification, experience providing consultation and professional development in-person within schools, completing FBAs and Behavior Plans; experience preferred with the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, & AFLS, providing staff training, modeling strategies, collecting and analyzing data, and using Excel Spreadsheets are all important for this role. The BCBA should have experience participating in IEP meetings, be flexible to work with colleagues as part of a team, promote programming in the least restrictive environment, be extremely responsible, and have strong report writing skills.
