Job summary

Therapy Associates ABA Services in New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The role focuses on comprehensive ABA assessments, supervision, and direct services for children in Northern New Jersey.

You will work with families, supervise RBTs, monitor progress, and ensure compliant documentation while driving effective interventions to support child development.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with families and team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ABA assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulations.
• Educate families on behavioral strategies and interventions.
