NEW JERSEY ASSOCIATION FOR BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS INC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in the Kearny Public Schools for three days a week, consulting with teachers, staff, and families to oversee student behavior programs. The role focuses on general, special education, and preschool students, including those with ASD.

You will develop and monitor BIPs, provide data-driven interventions, and train staff in behavior strategies while documenting progress and communicating

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or eligibility required.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and time-management skills.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Kearny, NJSchool Based Therapy Services (SBTS) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in the Kearny Public Schools 3 days a week.You’ll consult with teachers, support staff, and families to oversee and guide student behavior programs, primarily for general/special education and preschool students, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
