Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. is seeking a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-person services to public school students for the current school year in New Jersey.

The BCBA role offers scheduling flexibility and an hourly rate of $80–$100, with support from our account team to coordinate services and ensure district/IEP compliance.

Applicants must hold BCBA credentials, NJ school certification, up-to-date clearances, and liability insurance or willingness to obtain them.

Qualifications

• Must have BCBA certification through the BACB.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly updates and quarterly progress reports for students.
• Consult with general and special education teachers, other service providers, and district staff as outlined in IEPs.
• Adhere to service frequencies and type of support as outlined in IEPs.
• Develop interventions, functional behavior assessments, and behavior plans.
• Participate in IEP/evaluation processes for students with behavioral needs.
• Consult with parents/guardians on best practices for individual students.

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Salary: $80-$100 per hour

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Qualifications

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Responsibilities

May Include:

• Providing monthly updates as well as quarterly progress reports for all students
• Providing consultation services with general education and special education teachers, other related services providers, and any other district staff as outlined in the IEP
• Adhering to service frequencies (how many times per cycle) and type of support (individual or small group) as outlined in the student's current IEP
• Assisting in developing interventions, functional behaviour assessments, and behaviour plans for the purpose of providing a safe and effective educational environment for students with challenging behaviors
• Participating in the IEP and/or evaluation process as a team member for students with significant behavioral issues
• Consulting with parents and guardians regarding best practices when dealing with individual student behavioural issues
