Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health, serving San Bernardino, CA, is seeking BCBAs to join our clinical team in remote and hybrid roles. The opportunity offers a base salary of $90,000–$105,000 with productivity bonuses, plus comprehensive health insurance and tuition discounts through Purdue University and National University.

As a BCBA/BCBA-D, you will conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with families to deliver individualized, evidence-based ABA care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (BCBA-D welcome).
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessments, and treatment planning.
• Ability to communicate effectively with families, staff, and teams.
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Mentor and support clinical team members through coaching and guidance.
• Monitor client progress, evaluate data, and adjust treatment strategies.
• Partner with families through education, training, and collaborative planning.
• Collaborate with leadership to promote coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with ethical and regulatory standards.
