Alora Behavioral Health in Corona, CA is hiring BCBAs for remote and hybrid roles. The position offers an $85,000–$95,000 base salary with productivity bonuses, plus medical benefits and tuition discounts.

We seek clinicians with BCBA certification who can develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful client progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification or BCBA-D designation.
• Master's degree in a related field and strong ABA knowledge.
• Ability to develop individual, evidence-based treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Mentor and support clinical team members through coaching and feedback.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical leadership to ensure coordinated care.
