Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in Riverside, CA is seeking BCBA and BCBA-D clinicians for remote and hybrid roles. The base salary ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 annually, with productivity bonus opportunities and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (BCBA-D welcome).
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessments, and treatment planning.
• Ability to communicate effectively with families, clinical staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Mentor and support clinical team members through coaching, feedback, and professional guidance.
• Monitor client progress, evaluate behavioral data, and adjust treatment strategies as appropriate.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education, training, and collaborative treatment planning.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and other professionals to promote coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold applicable ethical, regulatory, and professional standards.
