Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required; BCBA-D welcomed.
• Master's degree in a relevant field (Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related).
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessments, and individualized treatment planning.
• Ability to communicate effectively with families, clinical staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Mentor and support clinical team members through coaching and feedback.
• Monitor client progress, evaluate data, and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with families/caregivers through education and training; participate in treatment planning.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to promote coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical and regulatory standards.
