Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (BCBA-D welcome).
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessments and treatment planning.
• Able to communicate with families, clinical staff and interdisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Mentor and support clinical team members through coaching and feedback.
• Monitor client progress, evaluate data, and adjust treatment strategies.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education, training, and collaboration.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to promote coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical, regulatory, and professional standards.
