Job summary

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification; BCBA-D welcome
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessments, and treatment planning
• Ability to communicate effectively with families, staff, and teams
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Mentor and support clinical team members through coaching and feedback.
• Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers through education and training.
• Partner with clinical leadership to promote coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with ethical/regulatory standards.
