Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (BCBA-D welcome).
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong understanding of ABA, assessments, and treatment planning.
• Effective communication with families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Mentor and support clinical team members through coaching and feedback.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers through education and training.
• Partner with clinical leadership to promote coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical and professional standards.
