Alora Behavioral Health is seeking Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our Riverside, CA-based clinical team. We offer remote and hybrid opportunities with a base salary of $85,000–$95,000 plus productivity bonuses, and a strong support structure to advance clinical growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification; BCBA-D designation welcome.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavioral assessments, and treatment planning.
• Ability to communicate effectively with families, clinical staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Sound clinical judgment, organizational skills, and commitment to ethical, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Mentor and support clinical team members through coaching and feedback.
• Monitor client progress, evaluate data, and adjust treatment strategies as appropriate.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education, training, and collaborative treatment planning.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and other professionals to promote coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold applicable ethical, regulatory, and professional standards.
