Alora Behavioral Health in San Fernando, CA is expanding its clinical team for BCBAs and BCBA-Ds. The role offers remote and hybrid work arrangements with a base salary of $85,000–$95,000 plus productivity bonuses, reflecting our commitment to competitive compensation.

You’ll conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress while maintaining high ethical and professional

Qualificações

• Active BCBA certification; BCBA-D designation is also welcome.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavioral assessments, and individualized treatment planning.
• Ability to communicate effectively with families, clinical staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Sound clinical judgment, organizational skills, and a commitment to ethical, evidence-based care.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Mentor and support clinical team members through coaching, feedback, and professional guidance.
• Monitor client progress, evaluate behavioral data, and adjust treatment strategies as appropriate.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education, training, and collaborative treatment planning.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and other professionals to promote coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold applicable ethical, regulatory, and professional standards.
