Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a BCBA in the United States to join a clinician-led team delivering high‑quality ABA care. Remote with quarterly travel, a base salary of $85,000–$95,000 plus monthly bonus opportunities, and flexible scheduling (Mon–Fri, no weekends).

You’ll design and implement ABA plans, conduct assessments, mentor technicians, and collaborate with families while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA and Arizona LBA Certification – Required to ensure clinical excellence.
• Strong Communication & Coaching Skills – Able to inspire, guide, and support your colleagues effectively.
