The Treetop ABA is seeking a BCBA to join a remote-friendly team dedicated to delivering high-quality ABA services with supportive leadership. This role offers a strong base salary and opportunities for monthly bonuses, with travel scheduled quarterly to Arizona.

You will design and supervise ABA plans, mentor technicians, and partner with families to achieve meaningful outcomes while staying current with ABA research and best practices.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA and Arizona LBA Certification required.
• Strong Communication and Coaching skills.
• Passion for compassionate care.
• Adaptable and driven; comfortable in clinic and remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA plans with measurable impact.
• Conduct assessments and track client progress.
• Lead and mentor behavior technicians with coaching.
• Partner with families to set goals and build trust.
• Manage remote caseload with quarterly travel opportunities.
