The Treetop ABA is hiring full-time BCBAs to join a clinician-led team across Arizona. Enjoy a competitive base salary of $90K-$110K plus monthly bonuses, sign-on up to $20K, and a hybrid schedule with work-from-home opportunities.

You’ll design ABA plans, conduct assessments, mentor technicians, and collaborate with families, with accessible leadership, ongoing CEUs, loan repayment, and a 3-week sabbatical after 36 months.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification; Arizona LBA certification required.
• Strong communication & coaching skills.
• Adaptable to both clinic and remote environments.
• Care for compassionate ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA plans to create measurable outcomes.
• Conduct assessments and track client progress with data.
• Lead and mentor behavior technicians.
• Partner with families to set goals and build trust.
• Operate a hybrid caseload with clinic and remote work.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
