Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical excellence in a remote role with quarterly travel opportunities. You will design and implement ABA plans, mentor technicians, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful client outcomes.

This position offers an industry-leading base salary of $85K-$95K plus performance bonuses, generous PTO, a remote schedule, annual CEU stipend, and a comprehensive benefits package. Open to candidates residing in Arizona.

• Active BCBA certification and Arizona LBA certification required.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills to guide and support colleagues.
• Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate ABA services.
• Adaptable and driven, comfortable in clinic and remote settings.

Responsibilities

• Design & implement ABA plans with measurable impact.
• Conduct assessments and track client progress using data.
• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians colleagues.
• Partner with families to set goals and build trust.
• Manage remote caseload with quarterly travel opportunities.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
