Job summary

The Treetop ABA is expanding across North Carolina and seeks a BCBA to lead clinical care. You will conduct FBAs, design individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs and ABATs in clinic or home settings. We offer a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, WFH options, a base salary of $85,000–$100,000 with monthly bonuses, and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and home/community settings.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
