Job summary

Behavioral Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism in Massachusetts. The role emphasizes assent-based treatment and partnership with parents, with both part-time and full-time positions available.

You will supervise teams, mentor technicians, write reports, and participate in regional trainings, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• BCBA certification required or must sit for the BCBA exam within the next 3 months.
• Minimum of two years experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) (competency-based training).
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Treat the safety of clients as a top priority.
• Consult with clients and provide ongoing program direction and maintenance.
• Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
• Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
• Ensure program directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely.
