Job summary

LEARN Behavioral seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Littleton, MA team providing high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. You will oversee a team of clinicians, mentor BTs, and contribute to reports and clinical reviews with funding sources.

We emphasize assent-based treatment, partner with families, and offer a supportive network with regional meetings and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum of two years of experience with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs).
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
• Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
