Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required or expected.
• BCBA certification or candidate to sit for BCBA exam within 3 months.
• Minimum of two years of experience with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Licensure or certification as required to deliver behavior treatment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians with competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional training and supervision meetings.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings.
• Prioritize client safety in all cases.
• Consult with clients and provide ongoing program direction.
• Analyze data and make data-based decisions.
• Guide implementation of teaching procedures and ensure timely adherence.
