LEARN Behavioral in Massachusetts is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise clinical teams delivering evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will partner with families to implement assent-based treatment and ensure high-quality, individualized care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam within 3 months.
• At least 2 years’ experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Licensure/registration as required by local statutes.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for training and supervision.
• Lead parent/caregiver trainings.
• Ensure safety of clients and others involved in each case.
• Analyze data and make data-based decisions.
• Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
• Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
