Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a BCBA to lead ABA programs, supervise therapists, and collaborate with families in Rhode Island centers. You will design treatment plans, ensure ethical programming, and drive outcomes for children with autism in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and licensure where applicable.
• Fingerprinted clearance and TB test before employment.
• Experience in early intervention and ABA therapy preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Proficiency with CentralReach and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment averaging 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and conduct caregiver training monthly.
• Ensure ethical, individualized programming with overlaps with staff.
• Oversee programming in center-based and community settings.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans.
• Update progress reports for clients.
• Oversee/monitor ABA programs including assessments.
• Lead/supervise behavior technicians and RBT supervision hours.
• Stay current with research and best practices.
• Model and fill in for therapy as needed.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers in the community.
• Assist with Initial Assessments and BACB supervision.
