Bierman Autism Centers in Rhode Island seeks a BCBA to lead ABA therapy programs, supervise technicians, and develop treatment plans in a center-based setting. The role requires collaboration with families, clinicians, and cross-functional teams to ensure ethical, individualized programs for children with autism.

The position offers a competitive pay range ($75,000–$90,000 USD) and full-time hours Monday–Friday, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Licensure in states of practice where applicable.
• Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment averaging 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent/caregiver training in clinic and home settings when appropriate.
• Maintain relationships with parents and provide caregiver training at least once per month.
• Oversee ABA programs and supervise behavior technicians and RBTs.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans and update progress reports.
• Lead and supervise team members and ensure compliance with BACB guidelines.
