Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs across Indiana centers. The role includes clinical supervision, program design, caregiver training, and community outreach, with a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification is required.
• State licensure in practice states.
• Fingerprint clearance and TB test prior to employment.
• Experience in ABA, early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment averaging 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and provide caregiver training at least 1 per client per month.
• Ensure programming is ethical, individualized, and implemented with integrity.
• Oversee programming in center and community settings.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
• Update progress reports for assigned clients.
• Oversee/monitor ABA programs including supervision of RBT hours.
• Stay updated on current research and best practices.
• Model and fill in for therapy as needed.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
• Assist with initial assessments as needed.
• Supervise BACB student supervision.
• Assist with interim care for potential clients.
• Document activities per BACB and funder guidelines.
