Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers in Indiana seeks a BCBA to implement and supervise ABA programs across center sites. You will design treatment plans, lead staff, train caregivers, and ensure ethical, individualized programming aligned with BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians and students preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
• Lead and supervise behavior technicians and BACB supervision hours.
• Meet program goals, update progress, and ensure ethical, individualized programming.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers in the community and collaborate with clinical team.
