Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a BCBA/BCBA-D to lead clinical ABA programs across Indiana centers. You will design plans, supervise staff, ensure ethical practice, and collaborate with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D Certification.
• Licensure in states of practice (where applicable).
• Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment equaling 25 billable hours per week on average.
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and conduct caregiver training sessions (minimum 1 per client per month).
• Ensure programming is ethical, individualized, and provided with integrity.
• Oversee programming in center and community settings; supervise RBT hours.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
• Update progress reports and oversee/monitor ABA programs.
• Lead and supervise behavior technicians and oversee supervision hours.
