Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a BCBA to lead and supervise ABA programs across our Indiana centers. You will design, oversee, and update treatment plans, ensuring ethical, individualized client programming and caregiver training.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required and licensure in practice states.
• Experience supervising students or staff in ABA settings preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn CentralReach and Tableau quickly.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet average of 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and provide caregiver training monthly.
• Ensure programming is ethical and individualized with proper supervision.
