Job summary

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy is expanding our exceptional team in Waterford, Michigan, seeking a passionate BCBA to join our multidisciplinary group. You will supervise ABA technicians, design and monitor behavior plans, and train staff and families using ABA-based strategies for each child.

Your role emphasizes early intervention, data-driven practice, and ongoing professional development within a collaborative clinic network.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a BCBA through the BACB.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Experience managing clinical staff and mentoring supervisory level clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert supervision and guidance to ABA Technicians, ensuring high-quality client care.
• Train and educate staff members and parents on IPOS and behavior treatment plans before service initiation.
• Develop tailored skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles.
• Continuously monitor and adjust behavior plans to align with progress and evolving needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including weekly supervision notes detailing progress and data.
• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK, etc.) at intake and every six months.
• Actively participate in staff meetings and training workshops.
