Job summary

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy is expanding our team in Davison, MI, seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA services within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary center. You will supervise ABA Technicians, educate staff and families, and develop tailored programs to support each child’s goals.

The role emphasizes evidence-based methods, family collaboration, and ongoing professional growth through conferences and CEUs.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Demonstrated leadership and time-management skills.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and mentoring clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to ABA Technicians and ensure high-quality client care.
• Develop and implement ABA-based skill acquisition and behavior plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed based on data.
