Job summary

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy in Madison Heights, MI, is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a multidisciplinary team. You will supervise ABA Technicians, develop and adjust ABA-based plans, and train families while maintaining thorough documentation.

The role emphasizes early intervention, intensive therapy, and growth through CEUs, research opportunities, and leadership pathways. Clinic-based schedule with no home visits.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Experience supervising clinicians and mentoring supervisory-level staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert supervision and guidance to ABA Technicians.
• Train staff and parents on IPOS and behavior plans prior to service initiation.
• Develop tailored skill acquisition and behavior intervention plans.
• Monitor and adjust plans based on progress and needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation including weekly supervision notes.
• Conduct initial assessments (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK) at intake and every six months.
