Job summary

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our West Bloomfield, MI clinic. You will supervise ABA Technicians, educate families, and design individualized ABA plans that support each child’s development in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.

The role emphasizes leadership, ongoing staff development, and supervision with a strong focus on evidence-based practices in pediatric therapy.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and active BACB credentials.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and guidance to ABA Technicians to ensure high-quality client care.
• Train staff and parents on IPOS and behavior treatment plans before service initiation.
• Develop tailored skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles.
• Monitor and adjust behavior plans based on client progress.
