Job summary

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy in Dearborn, MI, is expanding our team and seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead supervision of ABA technicians within a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy setting.

You will develop and implement individualized ABA programs, provide parent training, and monitor progress. The role involves clinic-based service delivery with a focus on early intervention, collaboration, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a BCBA through the BACB.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Experience managing clinical staff and mentoring supervisory level clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert supervision and guidance to ABA Technicians, ensuring high- quality client care.
• Train and educate staff members and parents on individualized IPOS and behavior treatment plans before service initiation.
• Develop tailored skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles to support each child’s unique needs.
• Continuously monitor and adjust behavior plans to align with the child’s progress and evolving needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including weekly supervision notes detailing progress, goals, and behavior data.
• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK, etc.) at intake and every six months, documenting findings in the electronic medical record.
• Actively participate in staff meetings and training workshops to promote professional growth and best practices.
