MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy in Dearborn Heights is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multi-disciplinary team. You will supervise ABA Technicians, develop tailored behavior plans, and advance evidence-based interventions for children with diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a BCBA through the BACB.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Experience managing clinical staff and mentoring supervisory level clinicians.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert supervision and guidance to ABA Technicians, ensuring high-quality client care.
• Train and educate staff members and parents on IPOS and behavior treatment plans before service initiation.
• Develop tailored skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles.
