Job summary

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy in Detroit is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join a multidisciplinary team. You will provide supervision to ABA Technicians, train staff and families, and develop individualized ABA plans to support each child’s progress.

The role emphasizes collaboration with OT, PT, Speech, and feeding specialists within a clinic-based setting, with growth opportunities, CEU support, and sign-on incentives.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification through BACB.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and time-management skills.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and supervisory clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to ABA Technicians to ensure high-quality client care.
• Train staff and parents on IPOS and behavior plans.
• Develop tailored skill acquisition programs and behavior plans.
• Continuously monitor and adjust behavior plans to progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation including supervision notes and data.
• Conduct initial assessments (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK, etc.) at intake and every six months.
• Participate in staff meetings and training workshops to promote growth and best practices.
