MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy is expanding its team of therapy professionals in Dearborn, MI, seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a multidisciplinary setting.

You will supervise ABA technicians, develop IPOS and behavior plans, oversee initial assessments (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK), and document progress. The clinic emphasizes evidence-based, play-based interventions and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and mentoring supervisory level clinicians.
• Strong leadership, communication and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to ABA technicians and ensure high-quality client care.
• Train staff and parents on IPOS and behavior treatment plans.
• Develop skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans.
• Monitor and adjust behavior plans based on progress.
• Maintain documentation including weekly supervision notes and data.
• Lead initial assessments (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK) at intake and every six months.
