Hopebridge is seeking a BCBA to lead behavioral therapy programs for pediatric learners in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting. You will design intervention plans, conduct assessments, and mentor clinical staff in a fully equipped center environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing required.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure required.

Responsabilités

• Direct clinical care: conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists for holistic care.
• Mentorship and leadership: supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative flexibility: complete planning and POC updates during WFH days.
• Provide training and support to families to ensure home and clinic consistency.

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
