Hopebridge is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead pediatric ABA programs in a fully equipped center. You will design individualized intervention plans, conduct FBAs, and mentor clinical staff while collaborating with SLPs, OTs, and Psychologists.

In this role you’ll enjoy a collaborative, growth-focused environment with 2 remote work-from-home days per month for admin tasks, relocation support, and a strong emphasis on mission-driven care for Medicaid families.

Formación

• Master's in ABA, Special Education, Psychology or related field required.
• Active BCBA credential in good standing.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Direct clinical care: conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to tailor care.
• Mentor and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and new BCBAs.
• Complete treatment planning, POC updates, and admin tasks during WFH days.
• Provide training and support to families for home and clinic consistency.
