Job summary

Hopebridge seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver evidence-based pediatric autism therapy in a multidisciplinary center. You will design intervention plans, assess behaviors, and mentor clinical staff while collaborating with SLPs, OTs, and psychologists.

You’ll have a balanced caseload with two work-from-home days per month for admin tasks and opportunities for professional growth and mentorship from clinical directors.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field is required.
• Active BCBA credential in good standing is required.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical care: conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs, and psychologists to deliver holistic care.
• Mentor and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Complete treatment planning and POC updates, including admin tasks during WFH days.
• Provide training and support to families to ensure consistency across home and clinic settings.
