Job summary

Hopebridge in Arizona is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized intervention plans for pediatric learners in a center setting. You will conduct FBAs, design programs, and mentor clinical staff while collaborating daily with SLPs, OTs, and psychologists.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology or related field.
• Active BCBA credential in good standing.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical care: conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs and Psychologists for holistic care.
• Supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows and newly certified BCBAs.
• Handle administrative tasks during work-from-home days.
• Provide parent and caregiver training to ensure consistency.
