Hopebridge is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Atlanta, GA, to design individualized intervention programs and deliver evidence-based pediatric autism care. You will collaborate daily with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Clinical Psychologists in a center-based environment.

You will mentor clinical staff, supervise RBTs, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA credential in good standing.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care.
• Mentor and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Complete treatment planning and plan-of-care updates during work-from-home days.
• Provide training and support to families to ensure consistency across home and clinical settings.
