Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in Connecticut is actively hiring a Fee For Service, Hourly BCBA. The role focuses on conducting ASD assessments, designing intervention plans, and supervising therapists to ensure high-quality care for children in home, clinic, or community settings.

We seek candidates with a Master's in Behavior Analysis or related field, BCBA and LBA credentials, and at least one year of ABA supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Educational/Health/Human Services, or Psychology.
• BCBA and LBA certification required.
• Minimum of one year ABA client/teacher field supervision.
• Strong organization and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children with ASD and collaborate with caregivers to set goals.
• Design and monitor behavior intervention plans.
• Create measurable goals for therapists and caregivers to implement.
• Provide direct supervision of behavior therapists (at least 10%).
• Review session notes regularly to ensure clinical integrity of programs.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Ensure progress generalization with caregiver participation.
• Conduct reassessments at least twice per year and summarize progress.
