Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in New York City seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for fee-for-service, hourly, or full-time roles. The role focuses on assessments, behavior plan design, and supervision of therapists working with children with ASD.

Applicants should hold BCBA and LBA designations, have a Master’s in a relevant field, and at least one year of ABA supervision experience. Travel within the NYC area is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Educational/Health/Human Services, Psychology).
• BCBA and LBA required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher field supervision.
• Self-motivated, team player with patience and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and collaborate with caregivers to create goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create functional, observable, and measurable goals for behavior therapists and caregivers to implement.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of behavioral therapists, with feedback while ensuring program integrity.
• Review session notes regularly for assigned therapists.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Ensure progress is generalized with caregiver participation and training.
• Conduct reassessments at least twice per year and summarize progress for each client.
• Maintain communication with parents, therapists, and the Achieve Beyond office.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
• Ensure programs are socially significant, functional, and promote independence.
