Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in Albany County, NY is hiring a Fee For Service, Hourly Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will conduct assessments for children with ASD, design intervention plans, and supervise therapy teams while ensuring clinical integrity of programs.

The role requires BCBA and LBA credentials, a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field, and at least one year of ABA supervision.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA and LBA REQUIRED.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher field supervision.
• Self-motivated, a team player, and patient/professional.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and work with caregivers to create meaningful goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create functional, observable, and measurable goals for staff to implement.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of behavioral therapists on cases with feedback.
• Clinically review session notes and analyze data for program changes.
• Ensure progress is generalized with caregiver participation.
• Conduct reassessments at least twice per year and summarize progress.
• Maintain confidentiality under HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
