Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is seeking a Fee For Service, Hourly BCBA to provide ABA therapy for children with ASD across CT locations. The role involves assessments, target goal creation, and collaboration with families and therapists.

You will design and supervise behavior plans, analyze data, and ensure clinical integrity while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Travel to assigned cases is required and a supportive team environment is provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Educational/Health/Human Services, or Psychology.
• BCBA and LBA certification required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children with ASD and develop goals.
• Design and supervise behavior intervention plans.
• Review session notes and analyze data for program changes.
• Maintain regular communication with families and staff.
• Ensure confidentiality per HIPAA and regulations.
