Job summary

Achieve Beyond is seeking a Fee For Service, Hourly BCBA to conduct assessments for children with ASD, design behavior interventions, and supervise therapy teams in New Haven, Fairfield, Middlesex, and Southern Hartford/Litchfield areas.

Requirements include a Master's in Behavior Analysis or related field, BCBA and LBA credentials, and at least one year of ABA supervision. Travel, strong organization, and HIPAA compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Educational/Health/Human Services, or Psychology.
• BCBA and LBA credentials required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA supervision.
• Self-motivated, a team player, and patient.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and collaborate with caregivers to set meaningful goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create functional, observable, and measurable goals for behavior therapists and caregivers to implement.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of behavior therapists, with training and feedback while maintaining program integrity.
• Clinically review session notes for assigned therapists.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Ensure progress is generalized with active caregiver participation.
• Conduct reassessments at least twice per year and summarize progress.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
• Ensure that programs are socially significant and lead to independence and happiness.
