Job summary

Achieve Beyond seeks a Fee For Service, hourly BCBA to support pediatric therapy across New Haven, Fairfield, Middlesex and Southern Hartford/Litchfield areas. You will lead assessments, design interventions, and supervise therapists while partnering with families for meaningful progress.

Master's in a relevant field with BCBA and LBA required; travel to cases is expected to ensure high-quality services for children with ASD and allied conditions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• BCBA and LBA certification required.
• Minimum of one year ABA client/teacher supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills and teamwork.
• Must be able to travel to assigned cases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and work with caregivers to create goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create functional, observable, and measurable goals for therapists and caregivers.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of therapists with feedback.
• Clinically review session notes for assigned therapists.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Ensure progress is generalized with active caregiver participation.
• Conduct reassessments at least twice per year and summarize progress.
• Maintain regular communication with parents, therapists, and Achieve Beyond office.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal laws.
