Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Delaware team. The role involves conducting assessments for children with ASD, creating individualized goals, and designing and supervising behavior intervention plans across home, clinic, and community settings.

The position requires a Master’s in Behavior Analysis with BCBA and LBA credentials, plus at least one year of ABA supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis required.
• BCBA and LBA certifications required.
• Minimum of one year ABA supervision experience.
• Must be able to travel to assigned cases and work with families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children with ASD and develop goals.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Provide supervision to therapists and caregivers.
• Review session notes and ensure program integrity.
• Analyze data and adjust programs as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality and communication with families.
