Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is hiring a Fee For Service, Hourly BCBA to perform assessments, design behavior intervention plans, and supervise therapists in Westchester County.

Must have a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field, BCBA and LBA credentials, and at least one year of ABA supervision. Travel to assigned cases and a collaborative, professional team environment are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field; BCBA and LBA credentials required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA supervision experience.
• Passion for ABA and working with children, families, and therapists.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children with ASD and work with caregivers to set goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create functional, observable, and measurable goals for therapists and caregivers.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of therapists while ensuring program integrity.
• Regularly review session notes and data to adjust programs.
• Ensure progress is generalized with active caregiver participation.
