Hopebridge in the United States is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design individualized intervention plans, conduct FBAs, and mentor clinical staff in a collaborative, center-based setting.

You will work with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists to deliver evidence-based autism therapy, supporting families and advancing professional growth through structured onboarding.

Formación

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Active BCBA credential in good standing is required.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure is required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and design individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care.
• Mentor and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
